Export The weekend of April 23rd - April 25th, the brothers of the Chi Chi chapter of Sigma Chi traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana for its annual Sweetheart Ball formal. They arrived on Friday night and enjoyed a night out on the town complete with great Cajun food and jazz music. During the day on Saturday, groups walked around Jackson Square and took in the sights and sounds of the colorful, vibrant city. On Saturday night, the brothers and their dates met at the House of Broel on St. Charles Street for the formal party. There, the following yearly awards and recognitions were announced by Consul

- Sweetheart: Ashley Moore
The brothers sang the traditional Sweetheart Song to former Sweetheart
Olivia Woodard, and then to the newly elected Sweetheart Ashley Moore. Ashley is a junior business major from Pensacola, Florida. She is president of her sorority, Chi Omega, as well as a 'Southern Ambassador and a member of Students Offering Support. The chapter is excited to have Ashley representing the fraternity, and looks forward to having her at alumni and rush functions in the upcoming year.
The brothers and their dates had a great time throughout the weekend and at the formal. The chapter looks forward to returning to New Orleans and the House of Broel next year.
